The Primary Unit at McGuffey

Today in class K/1/2 watched a video about Johnny Appleseed. We found out that he walked all the way from Massachussets to Indiana with his backpack full of seeds and no shoes! The children worked on a map afterward and concluded that Mr. Johnny Appleseed was a “brave” man, just like them. Some even believe that their apple tree in their backyard stem from Johnny! It might well be!
